F.A.Q.

When will you have beer to serve?

We have it now! We are fully licensed and currently brewing in our facility! We have a great old copper-clad 7BBL brewhouse, 28bbls of fermenter space, 49 wine, whiskey, and gin barrels full of beer that's quietly aging away. Most of our beers are only available at the farm. Yes, we are bottling, so watch our social media for release dates. We fill growlers with certain beers, so bring a clean one and we can take care of you.

What's with the name?

Growing up the farm, founder Christian and his brothers, cousins, and neighbors loved to play a nighttime tag game they called Wolves & People. Then there's the fact that ancient Romans called hops humulus lupulus, or the "wolf among weeds," and that Oregon's first non-native settlers gathered very nearby in 1843 for a series of "wolf meetings" and soon formed the provisional state of Oregon. Most important, Wolves & People is a brewery celebrating the pursuit of wildness itself, in ingredients, flavors, and creativity.

Are there any spots left in the Cellar Society?

Unfortunately not! But if you'd like to join the waiting list, let us know. If we are able to expand the program, we'll get in touch. Regarding Cellar Society queries, any and all questions can be sent to Christian (at) WolvesandPeople DOT com.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Until 9pm and only with supervision. It's a tranquil setting and horseplay is no can do. Note: unattended children will be given a sugar-coated donut, a double espresso, and a stray cat to take home.

OK, how do I learn more?

Stay tuned, and signup for the mailing list. It won't hurt and doesn't cost a thing. Cheers!
